Tech Trek 2011
Our Tech Prep team provided the tools needed to create a cross-curricular competition that bring area schools together annually. During this competition, teams of students demonstrate their skills in technology, writing, math, drafting, marketing, and speaking.This year's project was a game on Sir Isaac Newton and named "Newton's Nightmare". The project needed to contain the following:
- movement of two different diameter balls.
- ball movement needed to have a duration of at least 20 seconds.
- ball movement could not exceed 25 seconds
- an outcome objective along with rules/operational/assembly instructions.
This year's event took place on February 11th at Highland Community College.
