Culinary start to the new year
August/September 2021
Culinary Occupations is in the process of preparing students for the nationally recognized Certified Professional Food Manager exam, an accreditation which opens many doors within the food service industry and beyond. Students are also practicing and developing their knife skills. Next week, students will begin learning about cooking methods, including saute, roast, grill, braise, and deep fry.
