In the month of April, students in Culinary Arts held the annual Mock Restaurant event. They created a menu and invited family members to attend. The menu consisted of lumpia, pierogies, chips and salsa, chicken parmesan, ramen, hamburgers, strawberry cheesecake, and creme brulee. In May, students will learn how to cook with new and interesting ingredients, such as lemongrass, tarragon, couscous, and yuzu. Students will also attend job shadows and engage in community service activities. 

 The Culinary Arts Outstanding Student of the year was Makayla Mock. She is a fantastic student with a great   work ethic.
